Let's Go! is a partnership project between the Community Recovery Service (CRS) and Let's Go Outside & Learn CIC. Let’s Go Outside & Learn CIC. The project aims to provide access to nature for everyone and to support improved health and wellbeing. The programme that we offer has been designed to support you to achieve your health goals through gentle walking and outdoor activities. We take referrals for the activities through the Hounslow Community Recovery Service.
